Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My child played around inside a playpen, while I was working 12-hour shifts, sanding the floor and removing wallpaper. Ha! All was beginning to fall into place, but we were nowhere near done. To complete this task, I was prepared to shell out a substantial amount of money and time looking for my dream house. To stay on budget I began going to estate sales along with my three brothers to search for jewels in the rough. It was a weekly tradition that we would walk through estate sales and garage sales on Thursdays and Saturdays, purchasing a mix of new and old pieces. I then spent working on my projects out in the driveway. The look was similar to this... This is the time my love of restoration of furniture started. I continued to work on furniture even after we had completed the renovation of our home. I had a space at the local market and sold pieces there. Then, I ran out of lots of pieces to keep in the room available. I hosted open houses at my house where 1 000 visitors would pass through during a weekend. visitors could buy anything from the ground level. This is where my business Growing Days was born. Alongside my flourishing business, I also grew our family. The balance was between the start of a company and becoming a mother. Growing Days seemed like the perfect match. Nora my 4th child was born in 2013. The direction of my business was great, but I had to get some down time. I opted to take a little breaks from my old furniture and remain at home with the kids. It was time. But after a short time the phone started ringing. They asked for my assistance in decorating and home renovations. These were mostly customers who came to my open home to purchase furniture. Once I had a few months, I took on clients at my pace. In no time, I was managing several accounts and a home remodeling business. If you had told me that my company would become the basis for a DIY Network show, I likely would have thought you were crazy. Indeed, I am laughing slightly when I recall the episode.
