Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless dad Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my story-the highs, the lows and everything in-between. When I was 1 year old My family and I immigrated into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't even be here today sharing my life with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to be their proudest and had tunnel vision for achievement. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get a corporate job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and have kids. However, life was not so sure. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated being in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did make me feel happy. I thought I wasted my time to earn money. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Since I am a Asian female in this industry there are a few. To lead in my industry and to provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and goals. In addition, I wish for others to be empowered to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire in life. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness in my entire life. But, my mom died just as my career took off. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and will always remember her in my mind and my heart. Life really does have the capacity to give us exactly what we need even if we are unable to see the lesson at the time. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her death gave me the chance to start a new chapter. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and give me a second chance of living a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I am living now rather than merely living as I did in the past. The purpose of sharing my experience is to inform you that you're not alone. I hope that you feel that love is real and that therapy can be normal. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. Only one life is yours. I want you to live it to the fullest.
